Hula Hut is an Equal Opportunity Employer. For serving staff and bartenders, we prefer 2-3 years experience in high volume environments. Hosts and Bussers don’t necessarily need previous experience. But they do need a good attitude and hard work ethic.
We are always accepting applications! Simply come in Monday-Friday afternoons and ask our host for an application to fill out. Our hiring manager will reach out via text to setup an interview if we find interest in working with you.
We are always on the lookout for rock-star employees to add to the family.

FOOD QUESTIONS
Everything on our menu, with the exception of our corn dogs, is made in house from scratch.
Tortillas are made fresh throughout the day, every day. We have a video to prove it. Watch our video
Atlantic Salmon, Fresh Mahi Mahi, Asian Shrimp
No, because we use a beef base. A delicious, amazing beef base. But a beef base nonetheless.

We have special menus for Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free. Just ask us!
Group Parties
Our restaurant is capable of handling large parties anytime, but we do recommend any party larger than 30 people contacts us to make a reservation.
If you’d like to request space for today for 30 or more people, please give us a call.
Austin:
If you have a special event, such as a birthday party or a bachelorette party, you can make a reservation for our Palapa (private room) using the buttons below.
We do not take reservations but if you have a group larger than 10 people we advise you to arrive 20-30min prior to when you’d like to be sat so our team can accommodate you and your group.
PARKING CARS & BOATS
We have a parking lot in the Oyster Landing and across Lake Austin Blvd. Our boat docks are free to use.
Yup! We offer boat-side delivery. Just give us a call and state you want boat-side delivery.
ANIMALS
We love animals, but due to space limitations, we only allow authorized service animals in the restaurant and bar areas.
MERCHANDISE
We have a diverse collection of T-shirts, tank tops, hats and various knickknacks that celebrate our brand and culture. You should buy some. That’s our opinion anyway.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
